Sustainment Operations Analyst (Alaska)

Our Sustainment Operations Analyst will provide Operations and Logistics Analysis and Administrative services to the Lynxnet team providing sustainment services support for the U.S. Coast Guard’s Rescue 21 Alaska, Vessel Traffic Service, and NationalAutomated Identification System (NAIS) in Alaska.
Manage day-to-day on-site operational aspects of a multi-faceted contract
Effectively communicate relevant project information to the Project Manager and other superiors
Complete, submit, and archive administrative documentation as required
Exercise first level supervisory oversight of employees
Manage SharePoint-based information and process management functions to ensure contract compliance
Monitor, document, track, and report sustainment activities utilizing internal data management system
Monitor and log equipment and critical asset operational status in real-time
Provide equipment and critical asset status change and update notifications to management, internal engineers, external customers or other appropriate defined recipients
Manage and utilize internal data management system in order to prepare periodic deliverable data reports such as;
Contract Activity reports
Equipment Availability reports
Technician/Engineer Labor Hour reports
Equipment and parts Inventory/Utilization reports
Communicate professionally and effectively with the customer and identify emerging needs
Be alert for and relay to Project Management alternative business solutions and/or opportunities
Comply with and enforce corporate standard policies and procedures
Seamlessly integrate resources in support of client needs and contractual requirements
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Experience supervising a multi-role workforce which supports activities related to warehousing, acquisitions, communications, electronics repair, and data analysis
Demonstrated proficiency in working independently and providing effective leadership with minimal oversight
Minimum two (2) years of experience in technical or logistics support operations under a federal government contract. Of those two years, minimum one year of working experience in C4IT or related fields
Minimum High School diploma
Skill in the automated office environment with the following basic experiences:
MS Office and its associated parts (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling/project management environment)
Adobe X Pro or Nitro
Experience managing dynamic SharePoint and web-based environments to collect, monitor, schedule, report, and control contract and corporate data, processes, and functions
- Strong understanding of standard practices, procedures, and concepts within the C4IT telecommunications industry
