Wolverine Services provides the reliable facilities operations and maintenance, base level logistics, airfield operations, and range operations services that keep military bases and federal agency posts around the country operating at peak efficiency.

Job Summary:

Provides technical assistance and training to system users under general supervision. Handles basic technical issues while seeking guidance on more complex issues.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides technical assistance and training to system users, generally handling basic technical issues.

  • Shadows more senior IT personnel for the day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades of operating systems and workstations.

  • Learns to diagnose hardware, software, and operator problems and takes remedial mitigating actions.

  • Performs other related duties as requested.

  • Responsible for conforming to all safe work practices and procedures.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Desire to attain a degree or certification in a related field

  • Related coursework or related experience/exposure.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen and learn.

  • Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”

  • Must currently be enrolled in collage

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

General office environment; no special physical demands required.
