System Architect SME

The Contractor staff shall work under the direction of the Government Task Lead. The Contractor staff shall work with their Government counterparts on Sprint Teams through the Agile development of the N3G system.
The system architect aligns the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to a common technological and architectural vision of the solution. The system architect SME will have extensive experience with IBM mainframe systems, to include the distributed systems with real time data sharing with non-mainframe based systems.
The government prefers all SME personnel possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience related to the scope and objectives of this TO.
Top Secret Security Clearance
A minimum of twelve (12) years of system design and planning experience
A minimum of eight (8) years of system architecture experience to include at least five (5) years of system architecture for IBM mainframe systems
A minimum of two (2) years of system architecture experience involving real time data sharing and communication of a hybrid cloud-IBM mainframe system, i.e., a distributed system with some functionality on a IBM mainframe and some functionality on a cloud not located on a IBM mainframe.
Prior work experience with the federal government
Prior work experience with either Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Familiarity with Agile development
