Project Analyst

  • Communicate the status of design and solicitation services through weekly status reports

  • Develop and maintain IT design and implementation project schedules including schedules for design services, procurements, delivery, installation, and inspection to ensure that all aspects of IT design and implementation support planned UA occupancy targets;

  • Conduct a needs assessment with M/CIO technical experts through meetings and document reviews;

  • Attend coordination meetings with USAID, GSA, Gensler, and HITT to ensure that the IT designs are consistent with planned building design and construction plans;

  • Maintain the project integrated master schedule (IMS);

  • Prepare program briefings and support development monthly reports;

  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, validation, and documentation of PMO requirements;

  • Prepare and maintain PMO Documentation such as briefings, meetings, agendas, action items, and correspondence;

  • Evaluate and document whether existing USAID equipment can be relocated to UA for the IT network and special spaces


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Analyst;

  • 5 years experience in Managing deliverables;

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business, accounting, finance, project management, or related-field;

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form;

  • Very strong and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP;

  • Knowledge ofUSAID Dept.
