Job Summary:

As a Game Design Intern, you will play a crucial role in our design team, contributing to the development of our upcoming serious game and training development. This opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game design and development.

NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.” You must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development and refinement of instructional design cues to include game concepts and mechanics.

• Collaborates with the design team to prototype new gameplay ideas.

• Conducts research on industry trends to inspire innovative game designs.

• Participates in playtesting sessions and provides constructive feedback.

• Works with artists and programmers to integrate design elements into the game.

• Helps in creating game design documents and presentations.

• Attends team meetings and contributes to creative discussions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”

• Must be currently enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

• Interest in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Passion for games and an understanding of game design principles.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Creative thinker with good problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.

Pay and Benefits:

• Intern Compensation: depending on class level or experience.
