Job Summary:

Akima Data Management is looking for a Program Assistant to work in Huntsville, Alabama. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Aerospace group here in Huntsville. We’re looking for a someone that could help us with entry level programmatic/administrative support. This is a basic Program Assistant job classification, providing general administrative office support.

  • Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, departmental or another group in the organization.

  • Collects, reviews, and analyzes data, maintains database accuracy (purchasing, finance, receiving, training, etc.) and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.

  • Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging.

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule.

  • NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.” You must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”

  • Must be currently enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe.

  • Professional communication skills (reception, telephonic, verbal and written).

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
