  • Drive and quantify continuous improvement through standardization and innovation.

  • Coordinate and provide input on MFOM software product development.

  • Drive configuration, development and build of systems and solutions using the vendor platform.

  • Document high-level business workflows and transform into low-level technical requirements.

  • Think outside the box and come up with improvement and efficiency opportunities to streamline business and operational workflows.

  • Participates in configuring complex software products as per the customer/system requirements and create test cases to ensure quality.

  • Involved in design, development, maintenance and sustainment activities that involve troubleshooting (System, Platform, and Application).

  • Participate in software maintenance in software engineering is the modification of a software product after delivery to correct faults, to improve performance or other attributes.

  • Modify the system to cope with changes in the software environment (DBMS, OS).

  • Implement new or changed user requirements which concern functional enhancements to the software.

  • Diagnose and fix errors.

  • Increase software maintainability or reliability to prevent problems in the future.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Current Secret Security Clearance

  • Two (2) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations.

  • One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Capable of typing at a rate of 40 words per minute.
