JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking a candidate to work within theElectronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and must have an understanding ofstandards, guidelines for practical resources for legal professionals ande-Discovery practitioners. Duties mayinclude, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Utilizingstandardized e-Discovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell,Concordance, or other enterprise tools.

  • Ensuring completeand accurate project documentation is created and maintained.

  • Identifying,preserving, collecting, and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI)in response to discovery requests.

  • Managinge-Discovery production and prepare data analysis reports and documentation.

  • Ensuring properdata handling procedures and chain of custody.

  • Assisting withthe e-Discovery process, from ingestion, production of e-Discovery materials,and through archiving.

  • Conductingcomplex Boolean searches and generation of reports in an e-Discovery platform,currently Relativity.

  • Processing,ingesting, integrating and organizing native files and loading data fromdigital media sources into an e-Discovery platform, currently Relativity.

  • Daily clientcontact and working in high pressure court deadline-driven environments.

  • Identifies andaddresses data quality issues.

  • Providing expertwitness testimony as needed.

  • Performing otherlaboratory functions as assigned.

  • Facilitatecommunication and collaboration among Chief council, case agents and e-Discovery team members.

  • Develop schedule,assigns, and distributes casework to e-Discovery team.

  • Tracks projectprogress and workflow.

  • Researches andanalyzes changes and developments in e-Discovery.

  • Provide technicalleadership to litigation teams.

  • Identifies andaddresses systemic data quality issues.

  • Providestechnical guidance and recommendations to enhance e-Discovery capabilities andproduction of ESI.



  • Must be able toobtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

  • Must have a validdriver’s license.

  • At a minimum,shall have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or foreignequivalent, with a minimum of 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering,or mathematics. Exceptional candidates for e-Discovery Analyst without aBachelor’s degree or without the requisite credit hours must have equivalentyears performing either digital forensics or e-Discovery, and have experiencewith standardized e-Discovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell,Concordance, or other enterprise e-Discovery tools.

  • Have at leastfive (5) years of e-Discovery experience, a portion thereof must have been indirect support of the public sector.

  • Must havesignificant experience in the use of standardized e-Discovery software toolssuch as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools.
