Document Control Admin Intern - Paid Internship (Open to NANA Shareholders Only)
Assistswith the administrative process of compiling and maintaining control recordsand related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents tovarious company departments. Collaborates with documentation department, assistswith employee travel, contacts new hires and otherwise relieves officialsof clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing thefollowing duties.
The NANA ConstructionNANA Shareholder College Internship available will be working twelve (12) hoursper day, seven (7) days a week, on a rotational schedule at Red Dog Mine. Theinternship will be six (6) to eight (8) weeks and is expected to start in June.Internships may be extended or shortened based on availability of work.
Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities
Copy project data and compile records and reports.
Provide data entry for ongoing Red Dog projects.
Routes incoming inventory, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Works directly with department leadership in assisting with posting changes to computerized or manual control records.
Assists in the preparation of requests for reproduction of documents.
Composes and types routine correspondence to department leads, employees.
Coordinates with company leadership on daily communications related to documentation of Red Dog projects.
Assists with the coordination of employee travel arrangements.
Work with department leadership in maintaining R&R schedule and roster.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned.
College sophomore level or higher with degree declared in Business, Marketing, HSSE, Project Controls, or related field.
Must be at least 18 years old.
The ability to work remotely on a rotational schedule working 12 hour days.
