Job Summary:

Digital transformation evangelism is the art of getting people on board with digital transformation in any organization. The Digital Transformation Evangelist/Visionary is responsible for developing a compelling vision that aligns with the organization’s goals and encompasses the potential of digital technologies. The Visionary is responsible forInventing, analyzing, and scaling ideas to transform an organization's digital experience.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Envision and Champion the future state of the organization and articulate a clear digital transformation strategy, aligning business processes to deliver a best-in-class digital ecosystem in alignment with business vision.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, executives, and teams to drive transformative digital solutions aligned with the customer’s strategic initiatives.

  • Lead digital transformation efforts across the entire organization.

  • Invent, analyze, and scale ideas to transform the organization’s digital experience.

  • Develop plans to systematically scale technological implementations in the organization.

  • Implement data analytics effectively into business processes.

  • Provide a visionary understanding of new technologies.

  • Develop digital transformation plans through extensive research and analytical thinking.

  • Anticipate the needs and operational experiences desired in an organization and driving transformative digital solutions to heed those needs.

  • Utilize technology to influence culture change, bring culture change and manage it.

  • Implement emerging technology into an organization’s digital strategy to improve efficiency in its overall performance.

  • Breakdown data silos and build a digital business technology platform.

  • Support the development and marketing of new products, systems, and services.

  • Keep pace with market innovation to maintain a fresh digital strategy.

  • Identify new technologies such as AI that can support and enhance existing solutions.

  • Document and measure digital efforts in keeping with NIST Risk Management Framework and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (master’s preferred).

  • 15+ years demonstrated mastery of conceiving and implementing large business IT and business modernization and use of technology to improve data flow, processing, and reporting through the Agency to realize operational improvements and productivity gains.

  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.

  • Prior experience working with FDA and or HHS is a huge plus.

  • Demonstrated business acumen, and customer relationship and communication skills.

  • Ability to prepare and deliver focused persuasive communications and materials.

  • Experience with infrastructure related projects and working on large scale enterprise production environments.

  • Requires excellent communication skills; oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent time management, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.

  • The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
