Review, conduct design analysis and provide decomposition feedback to the Government on the functional requirements, system requirements, derived requirements, design decisions, and other related requirement specifications associated with IOC WatchKeeper transition to CG1V Framework.
Associate all development tasks to specific items listed in the system requirements specification for traceability purposes, to ensure deliverables directly relate to requirements.
Participate in meetings with the Program Sponsor and end-users to support the Government in design analysis and development input to meet Sponsor and end-user requirements.
Propose system improvements to increase reliability, improve availability, enhance supportability and minimize the system footprint.
Utilize the government designated information management tool for requirements management (currently DOORS).
Maintain requirements in DOORS and Hewlett-Packard Quality Center.Performs analysis of user requirements and identifies requirements for the test plans developed by the Engineering Test Lead.
Assists the Test Lead during test evolutions as required. Supports all applicable government, agency, or industry standards time lines and budgets.
Minimum High School Diploma.
Minimum 4 years of work experience to include minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing, or testing, or requirements analysis.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a background check.
Experience testing documentation for validation of programs.
Experience performing analysis of user requirements, test designs and test tool selection.
Experience with DOORS.
