Quality Assurance Release Manager

The individual will be responsible for supporting USMEPCOM with release management services. The candidate will be responsible for coordination between test and production environments of hardware and software products associated with a single or multiple release packages and the operation and maintenance support environments.
Bachelors of Science in Systems Information or Computer Sciences and related work experience.
10 years of IT experience in Release management. (Degree can be used in lieu of experience)
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Security ) certification and associated CE certificate a plus but not required
Relocation assistance available
Experience in GitHub, Jenkins and DevOps releases
available after hours and weekends
Possess an active Public Trust or higher clearance
Prior DoD or Army working environment experience a plus
5 years “hands-on” experience in monitoring and coordination of production release of software, firmware, and major hardware configurations
5 years “hands-on” experience in verification of release activities which are being conducted prior to any production usage or fielding
5 years “hands-on” experience in facilitation of Release Management meetings and other meetings for review status and updates
5 years “hands-on” experience in review and monitoring of utilization plans and strategies throughout the lifecycle phases
5 years “hands-on” experience in coordinating lifecycle management events and working with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
5 years “hands-on” experience in creating reports and monitoring metrics
5 years “hands-on” experience in coordinating System Maintenance Events
Knowledge of IA controls
Strong oral and written communications skills
Experience with Army IT Systems
Active Secret Security Clearance
